Trust versus Doubt: Ms. A is a confident coach who always exudes confidence when she is in person with her clients. However, for her to feel more confident when interacting with potential clients through videos, she needed to have faith in the planning process to help her feel prepared and at ease, as well as in the development of alternative techniques for filming the videos to foster a more laid-back atmosphere. She overcame her doubts by having faith in the process and herself, and was well prepared because she was confident in her coaching abilities and knew her lines. She also had to have faith that the video’s objective was to draw in more customers and raise her coaching practice’s profile.
