The SOAR Coaching Model

The SOAR A Coaching Model By Renae Waneka

A Coaching Model By Renae Waneka
Leadership and Business Coach, UNITED STATES

The SOAR coaching model is based on the idea that women have career goals and aspirations, and that in order to achieve these aspirations, they need help overcoming some structural barriers as well as personal habits and behaviors. No matter their position in life or at work, being aware of the importance of the issues they are bringing to the table and how they fit with their internal purpose will help them stay internally oriented and demonstrate the qualities that set them apart. The SOAR Coaching Model helps women use the “purpose to impact” idea to link the challenges they face at work to their sense of purpose. This idea enables them to live a purposeful life and gives them the motivation to create an action plan to achieve their career goals.

FlipIt! tool Case Study-Susanmarie Grace Oddo

A Case Study By Susanmarie Grace Oddo
Life Coach, SWITZERLAND

Kris is the name of the paying client I’ve been working with for several weeks. Kris, a talented visual artist, finds it difficult to express herself verbally; during her coaching sessions, she frequently sketches down her thoughts and answers. I showed her the FlipIt! After discovering that she learns best with graphics. Consider Power Tool as a potential option for a subsequent session. Kris agreed right away and proposed using the FlipIt! a tool for our upcoming meeting. Chris’ goal for the next meeting was to discuss how to increase her happiness and carefree engagement during evening walks. Kris admitted that she frequently carries work-related thoughts with her on her nighttime strolls, keeping her mind busy.

Errore vs. Errare Power Tool Feature - Valeria Iannazzo

A Coaching Power Tool By Valeria Iannazzo
Coaching Per Student, ITALY

The Jump Coaching Model

Jump A Coaching Model By Adrian Baban

A Coaching Model By Adrian Baban
Change Coach, ROMANIA

The JUMP coaching model emphasizes consistency, pledging to devote a brief amount of time to the strategy you want to develop every day. JUMP investigates the “essence of having a choice” by empowering you through the creation of defined goals, an awareness of barriers, practical strategies for each tiny step, and regular evaluation of your progress toward your desired outcomes. To continue developing, both personally and professionally, you must be prepared to leap when the opportunity arises. Changing careers and career paths is often necessary when imagining your future self. Change is difficult. Ask anyone who has attempted to change occupations, learn a new skill, strengthen a bond with a partner, or kick a harmful habit.

Conflict Avoidance in the Workplace

Conflict Avoidance Research Paper-Miho Kuroda

A Research Paper By Miho Kuroda
Transformational Coach, JAPAN

In this research paper, I’ll examine how we deal with conflict, the factors that lead to conflict avoidance, and the ways in which coaches can encourage their clients to adopt more constructive thought and behavior patterns. Also noted are the takeaways from the real-world case. Employees at all levels need to address performance management challenges like interpersonal conflict and conflict avoidance. Avoiding conflict and unpleasant talks can cost your business money and result in the departure of some of your best employees. When your client is conflict-averse, you should encourage them to stay anchored in facts and concrete examples and to thoroughly understand how the disagreement will affect their business. The client can change their perspectives by using mindful listening and reframing.

Lack-of-Confidence vs. Courage

Lack-of-Confidence vs. Courage Power Tool Feature - Renae Waneka

A Coaching Power Tool By Renae Waneka
Business Coach, UNITED STATES

The Lack-Of-Confidence vs. Courage Coaching power tool that builds on the premise of reshaping coaching, giving clients a new understanding of their own situation. The definition of confidence is “a feeling of self-assurance arising from one’s appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities.” Lack of confidence and the fear of asking for what you want can impede a woman’s career. In order to advocate for themselves at work and move closer to reaching their professional goals, women who reframe their viewpoints from ones of fear and insecurity to one of courage and confidence may find it easier to deal with gender stereotypes in the workplace. With the aid of this powerful coaching tool, a coach may better their client’s self-awareness and give them clarity about their values and future stages in their professions.

The Awareness A Coaching Model By Suneel Babu Penumaka

A Coaching Model By Suneel Babu Penumaka
Career Coach, INDIA

There are three steps to using the awareness coaching model to create the future you want. The limitations that were mistakenly imposed in the past are a limitation for each of us. They will learn about their limiting beliefs and build a future that is as bright as possible with the aid of my coaching method. With the aid of my coaching technique, my clients are better equipped to take control of their lives, recognize the obstacles in their way, and build the future they see for themselves. The unfavorable ideas or assumptions we hold about ourselves and our capabilities are known as limiting beliefs. These ideas can be created by experiences, upbringing, cultural and societal conditioning, and other outside influences. They are often deeply rooted in our subconscious mind.

Lightness vs. Significance Case Study-Janene Panek

A Case Study By Janene Panek
Teen Coach, UNITED STATES

In this “Lightness vs. Significance” case study, I will be evaluating the disempowerment perspective of a client named Stephanie. She is a client who has lived abroad (and has done so for a while) but is originally from the United States. I have a client named Stephanie who works very hard and is happy to take on a lot of new assignments. She routinely enrolls in new programs to earn certificates and, as she told me, once she becomes invested in something, she tends to “go all in.” Due to her willingness to put in the time and effort, she has built herself up as a subject matter expert in many different fields as a result of the way she lives.

Progress vs. Setback

Progress vs. Setback Power Tool Feature - Adrian Baban

A Coaching Power Tool By Adrian Baban
Coaching for Change Coach, ROMANIA

Using the Progress vs. Setback Power Tool, we can compare how far we’ve come and how far we still have to go. Conversely, the term “progress” in coaching refers to the person being coaches’ positive attitude, self-awareness, and accomplishments. In different facets of our lives, it is expansion, improvement, and growth. A common setback that impedes our progress occurs throughout the forward movement phase of coaching toward a goal or purpose. Positive developments have a significant part throughout the coaching career, which is something we are aware of. At work or in our personal lives, we have all experienced setbacks. Our progress can sometimes seem to be blocked by setbacks. Our attitude to and management of them sets us apart.
