Coaching and Sahaja Yoga Meditation

2022/04/21

Sahaja Yoga Meditation Monica Le Crom_Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Monica Le Crom
Transformational Coach, NETHERLANDS

Sahaja Yoga Meditation can benefit both coaches and clients in a variety of ways. Not only do we align with our goals from the position of our higher self through continuous practice, but by staying in touch with our intuition, we also become more creative. A calmer mind means less cognitive load and more focus, which allows us to make better judgments and work with more purpose, as well as reduce irritability and improve our relationships. We become more resilient as a result of our improved ability to deal with uncertainty. This change, on the other hand, takes time and can be hastened through the coaching process, as well as the accountability, frameworks, and aligned plans we work on during the session.

A Coaching Power Tool By Monica Le Crom

Today’s lifestyles are extremely stressful. At work, we are supposed to be more productive, manage an ever-increasing number of duties, collaborate, communicate, work as a team, and achieve the objectives set for us. To be deemed successful, we must have outstanding ideas, contribute to the improvement of things, be inventive, and add value. How are we going to manage it all? How do other people manage to accomplish it all? We spend hours on social media, admiring how others seem to have discovered the secret to a glamorous existence in which everything seems to go well. The “Key” to it all is scattered vs. focused power tool.

Creating Your Own World With Courage

World with Courage Transformational Coaching Model Monica Le Crom

A Coaching Model By Monica Le Crom
Transformational Coach, NETHERLANDS

Artists are admired for creating beautiful worlds in their work. It takes courage for an artist to approach a blank canvas. It takes a lot of courage to show up every day and keep painting. Sometimes, mistakes are made, and the painting we worked so hard on may appear to be damaged. And seeing the possibilities in the error and turning the painting around takes courage, tenacity, and faith. Then, at times, when the artist fights for his creation, new discoveries are made, new ways of expressing are learned, and a wonderful product emerges spontaneously. It necessitates courage, openness, and adaptability. It’s a never-ending journey of learning and pushing yourself to new heights. That’s how life is.

Silver Linings Jonathon Regan_Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Jonathon Regan
Education Coach, NETHERLANDS

This paper is a reflection on my experience dealing with the outbreak of the 2020 pandemic. It all started with my efforts to make a positive difference in my town, where unsung heroes fought in chaos. By narrating the narrative, I intend to demonstrate how I became interested in coaching and how a year of study has equipped me with the abilities to contribute more effectively. I’d also like to recognize my tribe’s continuous prosperity. From silver linings to post-pandemic superpowers, there’s a lot to think about.

Leaders Education Coaching Model Jonathon Regan

A Coaching Model By Jonathon Regan,
Education Coach, NETHERLANDS

I am a lifelong learner and leader, just like you. I’m passionate about education’s legacy and the impact that our decisions as leaders have on the people in our schools’ futures. A Research Paper By Edwin Hanegraaf

The main purpose of this interview was to investigate the impact of professional coaching on the field of agile coaching. By interviewing Cherie, who is a topic expert in both fields, it is assumed that she has done extensive research in her pursuit of accreditations. To achieve these accreditations in both domains, a lot of hard work and more field experience are required. As a result, after learning about Cherie and her narrative, the interview focuses on the competencies and their relationships between the two domains, as well as their influence in the agile world.

Exploration vs. Advice Edwin Hanegraaf_Coaching_Tool

A Coaching Power Tool By Edwin Hanegraaf
Agile Coach, NETHERLANDS

In this power tool Exploration vs. Advice, we’ll take a look at the coaching side of the coin. Not just advising people on how to implement agile, but helping people explore appropriate solutions to implement in an agile way, which often leads to sustainable results. Both the “coach” and the “client” will get fresh insights by promoting self-exploration on the why what, and how. The coach will gain a deeper understanding of an organization’s needs in their expertise domain and will act on those needs individually and properly. Customers will take the first small steps to understand their information and insights, which they can immediately apply to their daily work.

AGILE – The Agile Scrum Framework Values

Agile Coaching Model Edwin Hanegraaf

A Coaching Model By Edwin Hanegraaf
Agile Coach, NETHERLANDS

As a coach, I am a firm believer in people’s ability to recognize and use their own abilities. Also, many agile coaching clients complain about the results of the coaching they received in my work environment – the agile world. A lot of the time, agile coaches function as agile consultants, giving advice or training to people based on their agile knowledge. People wonder whether they can’t ride that metaphorical bicycle on their own as soon as they leave.
