We'll Never Leave You Hanging...

Our One Contact Policy means you ask the questions, and we do the running around to find the answers. No passing you from department to department!

Unlimited Support Is An Expected Inclusion

We truly care about our students and support you from the day you enrol right through to your graduation.

We appreciate that joining a coach training program is an investment of your time and money, and one you may have considered for a long time. So, our team of support staff are dedicated to making sure you maximise your return on investment by creating a trouble free, learning rich and fulfilling experience. With staff located all around the world, we'll make sure you're never left hanging. Our student community spans 92 countries so it keeps us busy - but we love to connect with our community and many of our graduates stay connected long after they graduate. This speaks volumes to camaraderie and support you can expect.

What support is there to help with assessment tasks?

The assessments for each program are an opportunity for you to showcase what you have learned.   They are not designed to trip you up or test you for the sake of testing.  Each course area has outcomes that prepare you for the final program evaluations. We then also have weekly course labs where you work on your course outcomes with the direct support of faculty.  A monthly graduation Q & A call will also help you to connect directly to ask any questions you might have.  Believe it or not, our graduates often say that the ICA program assessment is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding components of their program.

What if I need to miss a class one week (or for a couple of weeks)?

The class schedule is designed so that if you miss a class one week, you can take that same class another week at the same time or a different time.  The modules (classes) all rotate on a cyclical basis, with over 35 classes each week to choose from.  Because our community is global, we chose NY Eastern time as the one time zone for everyone.  But, our schedule is easily converted to your time zone.

What if things change and I need to take a break from my studies?

Most of the students in our program have ongoing family or work commitments that influence the time they set aside for study. We totally  understand that and for this reason our programs are flexible and designed so that you create the study schedule that fits with your lifestyle and not the other way around.  If for some reason you find you need to take a break from your studies, then we have an enrollment variation policy where you can stop the clock on your studies for up to 6 months.

Our Support Team are ICA Experts

Front line support isn't a job for just anyone. It requires someone with an enormous bank of knowledge, a calm and steady energy, and a true and natural desire to help.  And, our amazing support team are the best of the best. Most of the team have worked with ICA for well over 10 years, which speaks volumes to their expertise and dedication.  You can either contact them directly via support@coachcampus.com for a personalised response, or grab a quick answer via the learning support hub.  Main thing is that someone is here to help you from the moment you join, right through until you graduate.

Student Administration

Amanda Christo has been working with ICA since 2009.  She's a complete ICA Expert and can answer pretty much anything ICA related.  You will most likely come into contact with Amanda when you first join (via billing) or throughout your studies with scheduling (she'll give you a heads up when things like Day Light Saving roll around).

Graduation and Assessment

Susan Pocock has worked with ICA since 2010 and will be your go to person for anything graduation or assessment related.  So, although you might not come into contact with Susan until towards the end of your studies, you will be happy when you do - it means you're about to graduate!

General Support

Nona Lagarto has been working with ICA since 2017 and answers over 180 support tickets every week...and she answers them personally.  Nona's knowledge covers nearly every area of your program from class schedules, to graduation requirements, to portfolio outcomes.

Which Program to Choose?

When choosing a program it's important to consider how you would like to learn (which might be different to how you have learnt before), what pathway options are available to for further study or credentialing, program value for money,  and  how the program will fit your lifestyle.  To help you make these key decisions, we've shared some insights into our program.  Take the Program Selection Quiz to find the program best for you.
