Solid Coaching Model By Cristina Diconescu

SOLID to Inspire YOU

SOLID is a focused coaching framework I have developed based on studies and on my business and personal experiences. Whether it is about disruption, change, being stuck, or simply renewal needs, this can guide naturally and with ease to generate the behavior that will drive an individual or business to success.

S – Stop!

Personal. You need to commit to taking time for the journey. Notice where you are and the perspective lens you look through. Be aware of yourself.

Business. Snapshot your business, the resources, culture, and results. Commit to the journey.

O – Organise

Personal. What do you want to achieve? How do you want to get there and when? Define the puzzle pieces and their places.

Business. What is the impact you want to achieve? Define the processes, programs, resources, and measures.

L – Load

Personal. Bring the most valuable luggage that you’ll need on the way, the values, beliefs, and skills.

Business. Define the vision, the values, the leadership style, the perspective, and the competencies needed to achieve your goals.

I – Ignite

Personal. Define the motivation that enables the excitement.

Business. Define the drivers and how they connect to the visions of the company.

D – Deliver.

Personal. What does it take to make it happen? Define the actions and frame them in time and measures to drive action.

Business. Build the action plan and owners, timeline, and governance pace.

SOLID is a pragmatic model that aims at your success in a measurable and lasting manner!
