Just like the lotus, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world. ~Unknown.

TRUTH Coaching Model

Shedding your Fear and Embracing your Truth

The Lotus flower is a beautiful symbol of courage and resilience.  It is a bloom that rises through the depths of a muddy bog, unfolding from the darkness and transforming itself into the light.  It navigates through the mud in order to find its Truth.  It is a flower that finds true expansion amongst a journey of contraction, and I believe that the human spirit is capable of the same transformation.  Shedding the darkness (our fears) and opening ourselves up to the light (or Truth).

The Lotus is a reminder that:

  • There is beauty in the darkness, but our truth is always found once we step into the light.
  • Our struggles are the catalyst for Transformation.
  • The transformation ultimately leads us to our Truth.

So many of us live in a state of contraction and fear.  Weighed down by negative thought patterns, old stories, underlying beliefs and judgment.  Much of the time these are created by our own mind/ego, but can also be greatly influenced by family, friends and the unconscious stories that bind us together.  With the TRUTH Coaching Model clients will be given the opportunity to unpack these beliefs and stories that are creating havoc in their lives, dismantle their old thought patterns, and step into a new way of thinking.  The TRUTH Coaching Model will help clients figure out what is keeping them stuck, what is keeping them playing small, and what fears are keeping them from moving forward in their lives. Sometimes we don’t even realize the simplicity of what is holding us back.  With the use of the TRUTH Coaching Model, the client will be gifted an awareness in how to fully embrace their Truth, their authentic self, and the life they knew they were always capable of living.  Everyone is deserving of a fulfilled life and everyone is deserving of the courage to get there.  As their coach, I am simply here to shine a light on their darkness and walk alongside them with encouragement as they step into the Light of their Truth.

Taking a Look

Taking an in-depth look at the different areas of the client’s life.  Where they are feeling fear, where they are feeling stuck or feeling small, and wherein their life they are feeling unfulfilled. Taking inventory and creating a list or a visual for the client on what we will be addressing over the coaching sessions.

Refine

What area would the client like to look at first? Choosing the area that needs the most attention or is of the most concern for the client.  What area is holding them back the most from living a more fulfilled life?  What area is sabotaging them the most? This is really partnering with the client on deciding where they would like to start.

Uncover

Really diving into the underlying beliefs, thought patterns, fears and stories that are keeping the client from moving forward.  Examining them, picking them apart, and determining their value in the clients life.  The client will learn to find comfort in the uncomfortable and be supported to courageously dig deeper into what may be coming up for them throughout the process.

Transform

By using different techniques and tools the client will create a new awareness around their underlying beliefs, negative thought patterns and stories.  These thoughts and fears may have had a place and may have served a purpose in the past, but the client will explore that they are no longer needed to move forward.  Together we will shine a

light on them so that they can be seen, acknowledged and then transformed by the process of letting them go.

Honour

The client will have the opportunity to reflect back on how far they have come, how much work they have done to get to where they are, and how things have changed for them over the course of the coaching.  It’s an honouring of their dedication and hard work throughout the journey.  Truly a time for reflection and celebration, honouring the client for stepping into their light and embracing their TRUTH.
