Dynamics of Transformation A Coaching Model By Synnøve Thue

A Coaching Model By Synnøve Thue
Transformational Coach, NORWAY

This coaching model for the Dynamics of Transformation offers a miniature representation of what transformational coaching might resemble—a fluid, dynamic process. While a dynamic and updated approach is employed, the framework expressed in the model focuses on bringing parts of the unconscious into consciousness. Furthermore, this method challenges Assagioli’s “egg” model from 1974, which divides time into the past (therapy), present (coaching), and future (coaching) (Whitmore & Enzig, 2010, p. 137). This model focuses on how we psychologically weave between various timelines to create meaning in the present and presumes that time can be cyclical.

Being vs. Doing

Being vs. Doing Power Tools - Maurizio Salucci

A Coaching Power Tool By Maurizio Salucci
Transformational Coach, ITALY

In coaching, it’s essential to understand the difference between Being vs. Doing. Doing pertains to all the client’s outward manifestations, including their actions, decisions, and behaviors. Being is linked to the “who.” It’s a result of their characteristics, outlook, and mindset. It’s their way of thinking, their presumptions about who they are and where they belong in the world. As was previously mentioned, when we choose to change, we frequently begin at the Doing level. We try to try new things or approach things in novel ways. On the Being level, however, we haven’t really paid attention. As a result, the change is transient, and we eventually revert to our pre-existing defaults.

Finding Home Within Yourself

Finding Home Within Yourself Coaching Models - Maurizio Salucci

A Coaching Model By Maurizio Salucci
Transformational Coach, ITALY

Both individuals and groups can use this “Finding a Home Within Yourself” model. It can be helpful for many different people, including those who want to know and understand themselves better, those who are insecure and have self-doubts, those who want to make “small” or “big” changes in their lives, those who are feeling lost, those who want to overcome fears and limitations, and a whole host of other people. The client moves through the stages while concentrating on “small” adjustments that can make a big difference. As clients grow into a more authentic version of themselves, they may want to change the way they achieve their goals, and even change the nature of those goals. During this process, external elements may also change.

Perspectives on the Unconscious in Transformational Coaching

Perspectives on the Unconscious Research Paper- Synnøve Thue

A Research Paper By Synnøve Thue
Transformational Coach, NORWAY

The classical distinction between the “unconscious,” “conscious,” and “superconscious” is a result of Sigmund Freud’s (1856-1939) psychoanalytic theories. According to Freud, the subconscious mind contains thoughts, memories, and desires that are hidden from conscious awareness. Our daily conscious mind experiences include being aware of both our internal and external environments. The term “superconscious” refers to a level of consciousness that exists above the conscious and unconscious minds and is thought to contain spiritual or metaphysical knowledge. Freud’s theory of the mind, on the other hand, was a holistic model that served as the theoretical foundation for a well-established coaching framework.

A Research Paper By Maurizio Salucci
Transformational Coach, ITALY

This research paper Explore Mindfulness and Its Coaching Application aims to examine mindfulness and how it can be used in coaching. It describes what mindfulness is, its background, how it differs from meditation, some streamlined techniques, its advantages, and how it can be used in coaching. One of the most crucial elements of becoming a coach is having a sense of openness and accessibility within a coaching discourse. Making a client feel at ease during the conversation allows for a great deal of learning, and it also helps the coachee feel at ease and grow intellectually. According to the study, anyone who tried to practice mindfulness would gain from it. According to the research, mindfulness can improve our coaching skills, our ability to manage stress, and our general happiness and focus.

The Importance of Helping Employees Finding Their Own Purpose in a Corporate Environment – An Experimental Project.

Corporate Paola Gallucci._Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Paola Gallucci
Transformational Coach, UNITED KINGDOM

Corporate reasoning is not known for fostering employees’ individuality. Instead, particularly in previous decades, their culture was seen as successful if it was able to attract “pleaser” workers who would obediently follow the management’s directives, which were aimed at the company’s greatest profits. The fairly recent financial scandals made everyone aware of the unethical behavior that results from this environment and attitude, and both the media and regulators began to place a strong emphasis on ideas that previously did not exist, like Ethics and more frequently Values, that regulators around the world now require every company to demonstrate.

Project Empowerment – A Unique Purpose-Coaching-Journey

Project Empowerment Transformational Coaching Model Paola Gallucci

A Coaching Model By Paola Gallucci
Transformational Coach, UNITED KINGDOM

The Project Empowerment coaching model provides a journey through our limiting beliefs, values, strengths and weaknesses, non-negotiables, and desires. This journey will flow in the joy of discovering our true purpose, whether it is at work or outside of it, and will lead to the ocean of our empowerment as we view our lives from a new angle. It’s a coaching approach that was initially designed to speak mostly to corporate professionals between the ages of 50 and 55, when people begin to reflect on their life and wonder what remains of their youthful selves and whether they want to live that way going forward. The model’s language was chosen with the corporate “do attitude” in mind.

Victim vs. Freedom: Victim of Circumstances vs. Freedom of Choice

Victim vs. Freedom Paola Gallucci._Coaching_Tool

A Coaching Power Tool By Paola Gallucci
Transformational Coach, UNITED KINGDOM

I was fortunate enough to be able to work from home during the epidemic, and the sudden amount of free time I had, along with the forced isolation we were all experiencing, led me to decide that the time had come for me to begin taking care of myself. The peace and quiet surrounding me helped me start a process where I started paying more attention to my inner needs and to myself. This process peaked when I made the decision to join ICA. I sensed that something was going to be out of sync when life began to change to the “new normal.” I became aware of my freedom of choice as a result of this, and I realized that I was no longer a Victim vs. Freedom of my circumstances. I made the decision to work there, and I was free to work whenever I chose. From being a Victim of Circumstances vs. Freedom of Choice, I changed my perspective. I had a ball with the perspective shift.

POWER Transformational Coaching Model Tessa D'Arcangelew Ampersand

A Coaching Model By Tessa D’Arcangelew Ampersand
Transformational Coach, UNITED STATES

Communities can gain tremendous strength by coming together and working towards a common goal. Community organizers, artists, educators, and nonprofit workers are frequently those who bring people together and build power; their skills, abilities, and purpose-driven lives are like the water and care that nurtures seeds into the garden. My coaching focuses on those who are starting a movement, working creatively, working for nonprofits, and in an often-overlooked middle ground: at the center of a career, employment, or the past and the future. While I was in the midst of my career and feeling stagnant and worn out, I was given the opportunity to receive therapy that is normally only granted to senior and executive-level managers. Those in non-profit and movement positions who recognize their POWER can use this method to combat burnout or workplace aggravation.

Powerlessness vs. Owning It

Powerlessness vs. Owning It Tessa D'Arcangelew Ampersand_Coaching_Tool

A Coaching Power Tool By Tessa D’Arcangelew Ampersand
Transformational Coach, UNITED STATES

Almost everyone has felt helpless at some point in their lives. The difference between powerlessness vs. Owning it is, When someone feels powerless, they are likely to feel stuck, lost, and silenced. It is not a trivial experience since who has power, who does not, who seeks power, and who is deserving of power has shaped much of human history. Ownership and “Owning It,” however, are two distinct but linked concepts. Ownership entails accountability, taking the initiative, and accepting responsibility for the effects of your actions. These characteristics are all present in Owning It, but it also has a light, fun tone and emphasizes the grandeur of the person rather than their achievements or external presence.
