A Coaching Model Created by Mona Zalzal
(Life Coach, LEBANON)

Mona Zalzal Coaching ModelFirst of all , the coach have to prepare himself , cut off with everything , listen to the client , focus on what he is sharing.

The person who is under presser who suffer, search for a coach. A person who ask for helps, guidance, and sure have a goal, which is understanding the reasons, and go to find solutions.

Gaining Trust

The client will trust the coach, when he finds clarity in what he says, and what he do.

  • Show him the agreement
  • Explain to him, the meaning of coaching

The coach needs to have confidence and trust himself In the beginning of every session the client have to talk about his objective, what is the subject, and what is the goal that he wants to attain in the end of every session.

The coach needs to trust the capacity of the client to achieve his goal, if any doubt occur, don’t go to a coaching session it is better to not coach.

Dancing in the moment

The dance start by giving the client a large space to express himself.

The dance starts in slow steps.

The rhythm change depending on the level of understanding of the client.

During the dance, the coach:

  • Listen intentionally with presence.
  • Ask powerful questions.
  • Give helpful feedback, show the interest the coach have toward his client.

Dancing in the moment is really magical. There is a creation of a powerful inter-action, between the client and the coach. The feedback is an affirmation that the coach is present and is giving values to the client.

The dance have one purpose, awareness. Attaining another dimension, have an inward focus through this dance.

When the client go deeper, things become lighter. The energy is transformed into a refine one.

Being present to the moment, this now who contain all the questions and the answers.

Coaching start “NOW” and takes you to another dimension in yourself.

Awareness

Is awareness enough to make a change, to shift our perspective?

Awareness is still outside of us.

It is in the mind.

We need to have an inward focus to know our patterns, understand and let us act toward events, not react.

Through awareness, we choose our life instead of accepting whatever come from it.

To increase, awareness, we need to understand through verification.

Verification

We are aware. We removed the veil, so we can see clearly. Seeing clearly is very hard, now we can see the dimension of our problem, we are facing it.

After the session and the awareness that the client attain, he will return to his life, experiences, behavior, and society The client can continue his life in the same way, even if he is aware, even if he can forget these moments of awareness

Verification happened, when we remember and observe our behavior, bring awareness to it, and act.

Action

“NOW” the client is aware, he did some verification’s.

To transform this awareness into understanding, he needs to increase it into his being, let it become a part of him.

The client is ready to make a step action, putting a firm goal. Be courageous, and work on his will, to change his energy, and enjoy the result of his work through celebration.

Celebrating and acknowledging to himself his successful achievement, encourage him to go further.

Patience and perseverance are acquired.

Perseverance is the foundation of all actions. Lao Tzu
