He dares to dream.
2) Planning:
Here comes a really difficult step, lobby of the implementation. Some clearly see their boundaries or they learned it in the first part but have no experiences how to make their dreams real. Others know they need some support and encouragement during this journey.
The implementation has a lobby, the PLANNING. In this part the coaching tools help the client to develop his creativity and strengthen his self-confidence.
Tools:
- Action plan, which is the most comfortable for the client and free from fears
- Dissolving fears, finding their root causes
- Accurate understanding of the environment; involving the supports, the helpers
- Defining priorities
- Continuous follow-up, keep the action plan accurate and flexible, dealing with obstacles.
At the step of implementation the client shows some changes in his life to his environment. He steps out to the lights. It could be changes inside him, or in his habits, or in his life style; any of these would affect his environment and they are not always happy about it. It could cause some changes in their life too. The reaction of the environment has deep effect on the basic idea or goal.
3) Implementation:
At this stage the client’s real challenge is to keep going and to believe in himself, in his goal and in the importance of his goal. With that belief and his commitment he can rich the state where he has remarkable and well seen results. So here at this stage the client helps his environment to become accustom to this change. The coach can also support the client as an accountable partner on this journey
Tools:
- Brainstorming for the occurring problems
- Analyzing the value system and motivation of the environment to understand their reactions and to modify the action plan for their support.
- Developing the communication
- Reinforcement and celebration of successes for gaining new energy.
Changes and development is constant although its rate can vary by people and life situation. This continuous improvement and the repeat of 1,2,3 steps can be seen on my model’s graph.
