Coaching Model: Change is Possible

2013/01/10

What are your values?
What do you want?

  • Clouds – Discovering Dualities:

Clouds come and go and have many forms and functions including precipitation. In this image there are two clouds, one representing what helps and one representing what hinders your making changes and aligning with your values. Both are necessary and one informs the other. By discovering these and other dualities you can discover your preferences and what you really want. You can dare to dream.

Emotions can cloud thinking. If this is the case I will support you to look at the hindrance differently – more lightly. I will actively listen to you. This may mean ‘precipitation’ and release of your feelings, acknowledging your feelings, and allowing any unhelpful thoughts and underlying beliefs to come out from behind the cloud. You then free your intuition and your thinking to consider new perspectives.

What helps you to lead the life you want?
What hinders you leading the life you want?

Soak up the sun. Lie down and look at the clouds. Visualize what you want your life to be and why. Feel the joy of your magnificent life. Allow the rainbow to appear.

  • Rainbow – Creating Change:

The rain has stopped and there is hope and new beginning at the end of the rainbow. The light vibrations of the color spectrum offer healing and choice. The Sanskrit term ‘Rainbow Bridge’ represents the bridge between the physical and the soul or the journey to higher awareness.

How will you color your life?

At this point you can dare to realize your dream as you choose your action steps from the wide spectrum of choices in your rainbow. Your pot of gold is your creation and as your coach I will be there to support you and acknowledge you along the way.

Change really is possible.

As your coach I will encourage you to:

  1. Explore inward transformation that creates outward change
  2. Think outside the box
  3. Be clear about what to do
  4. Create doable steps in a time frame that you can commit to.

The “Change is Possible” coaching model is an ongoing cyclic process.
