Merci Miglino is a graduate of ICA and enjoys a successful practice as a career and business strategist and Professional Certified Coach for individuals and organizations. Her clients include executives, entrepreneurs, corporate and non-profit managers, career-changers, students, and other practitioners. Her organizational clients include Flight Centre, Hewlett Packard, the US Department of Labor, Federal Environmental Protection Agency, Colgate College.
Merci leveraged her ICA coaching model with both a self-published book, Doormat to Diva© Taking Center Stage in your own life and a web-based coaching model, The Personal Catalyst (www.vision2action.net). She also is a popular presenter at networking group for women and speaks at many small business conferences, advocacy group rallies, and staff appreciation days. Merci also found time to serve as New York’s Capital District first managing director of eWomenNetwork, a business network for women with chapters throughout North America.
Merci appears regularly on the local TV and has received both local and national electronic and print press including the Wall Street Journal, Psychology Today and Woman’s Day. She is the former Chair of the International Coach Federation’s Public Relations Committee and Chapter Leader for the Albany, NY Chapter.
