A Coaching Model Created by Nawar Touzani

I am very pleased to share this coaching model that I have designed as an outcome of the Frameworks courses. I understand the importance of this model to express the uniqueness of our coaching style, and to position our selves uniquely to coach our ideal clients in our chosen niche.
Having worked during my journey with ICA in understanding what coaching means, I took time to think what it would look like for me to own the process and get my personality express at the same time.
Right Model for me
The coaching model that I have put together is based on the meaning that the word IMPACT has to me. I got into coaching because I wanted to make an impact in this world and help as much as I can my clients reach their full potential, I defined the coaching process based on my understanding of the coaching and how I envision it with my clients.
The coaching model that I have put together comprises 6 steps which are deeply linked to the coaching experience I am aiming to provide to my clients. Moreover I have identify 3 big phases of the coaching experience. Each phase includes 2 steps of the coaching model.
- First the coach explores as much as possible the client’s feelings, motivations and current mindset.
- Then the coach engages deeper in the conversation to create awareness and perception shifts.
- And finally the coach empowers the client and invites him/her to rewrite his/her story and take ownership by taking action and moving towards their potential.
