Stop The Clock Coaching Demonstrations

In the following video series, Mentor Coach Merci Miglino (MCC) "stops the clock" when an ICF competency is being demonstrated. This real time learning is extremely powerful and is a technique used in ICA's Coaching Labs to help students practice and fine tune their expertise.

Merci Miglino (MCC) is a graduate of ICA and has been a valued member of ICA's faculty for over well over 10 years.  As a professional coach, she enjoys a successful practice as a career and business strategist for individuals and organizations. Merci leveraged her ICA coaching model with both a self-published book, Doormat to Diva© Taking Center Stage in your own life and a web-based coaching model, The Personal Catalyst (www.vision2action.net).

Merci brings not only her MCC credential to these coaching sessions, but also her years of experience training coaches. Observing and critiquing coaching is a core part of the coach training at ICA and a great way to develop coaching skills.
