However, the best place to access any ICA Learning Materials is always the ICA learnsite. It's where all the schedules, modules and worksheets are stored. And, of course, the forum.

Mentor Coaching Classes
90 minute Classes
The format for Mentor Coaching classes must be as follows:
2 x 30 min coaching sessions (20 min coaching, 10 min feedback)
1 x 30 min group activity
Coaching Lab Structure
Stop the Clock
Coaching Labs are hands on coaching sessions designed to give students feedback on their coaching, against ICF Competencies, using a "Stop the Clock" technique
Performance Evaluation
ACTP Students
All ACTP students must complete a Performance Evaluation; Observed Coaching, Written Exam and Oral Exam. The ICF guidelines are strict.

ICF COMPETENCIES AND MARKERS
To graduate from our ACSTH programs a student MUST be coaching at ACC level in Observed Coaching. To graduate from our ACTP programs a student MUST be coaching at PCC level in Observed Coaching and their final oral exam. The following competencies and markers must be observed according to the appropriate scales.
ICF Competency Scale
By the end of your training, students in the vocational program will be coaching at ACC level, and students in the Certified or Advanced programs will be coaching at PCC level. Download PDF
ICF PCC Markers
By the end of your training, you must be coaching at either ACC level (Vocational program) or PCC level (Certified or Advanced programs). The ICF have a PCC markers document so to provide a guide for your expected coaching expertise. Download PDF
ICF Core Competencies
As a graduate of an ACSTH or ACTP accredited program, your coaching must be aligned with, and will be assessed against, the ICF core competencies. Download PDF
