What do you value?

The New Year always brings with it a flurry of resolutions and good intentions. This year will be different. This year it will all change. And yet for many it doesn’t. As coaches we know that UNLESS YOUR ACTIONS ARE ALIGNED WITH YOUR VALUES, nothing will change

If you are a coach then it’s always a good time to work with clients on their values. In this week’s video, Nick Bosk shares a great exercise for helping clients find their true values. Try it out and tell us what you think.
