2015 Global Yearbook (July to December)

2016/01/19

In this yearbook 75 graduates from 24 different countries around the world share their unique power tool.

At ICA students learn about 7 power tools or 7 ways to get your client to change perspective.  As educators with expertise in adult learning principles, there is no better way to really grasp a concept than to develop one yourself. At ICA our students get to develop their very own power tool. This tool is designed  with the students coaching niche in mind but can be used when coaching anyone.

Over 70 featured power tools.
