Our curriculum and training model were designed to be online and have been delivered this way for over 20 years. It's one of the reasons our community is so rich and diverse.
The ICA community spans 126 countries and has been growing and thriving since 2001. A community rich with coaching connections, resource sharing, learning, global networks and friendships. A sense of connection is created through a multitude of experiences as students and alumni connect via our purpose built Learning Management System (ICA learnsite) and social learning platform (via CoachCampus).
Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced coach, you'll find the community to be welcoming and supportive. You will share the commonality of being professional and passionate coaches, dedicated to growing your coaching confidence, expertise and business.
We have long understood how critical human connection and social interaction are to the process of learning. Our Campus isn’t an “add on” to our curriculum, it’s a fully integrated part of the learning experience at ICA.
