Drawing upon over 20 years of leadership experience in high-stakes corporate, military, sporting environments, Han Ee translates the language of sport and performance psychology to help his clients elevate leadership effectiveness, resilience, and team cohesion.

Han Ee’s coaching style aims to help his clients overcome their internal skeptics, illuminate their authentic voice, and nurture high-performance habits. This partnership fully aligns one’s heart, mind, and body in order to realize their full potential to respond to the present moment with poise and wisdom.

As an award-winning coach, Han Ee also specializes in coaching and assessing teams. Harnessing insights from his past experience in numerous “Search and Rescue” military operations and helping corporate teams overcome “near-collapse” moments, he now supports project and business teams shift from a dysfunctional to a high-performance culture.

Over the last 15 years, he has coached leaders and executives from a diverse range of industries, including Fortune 500 MNCs, Banking & Finance, Aerospace, Luxury Goods, Retail, IT, Manufacturing, Telcos, FMCGs, and Medical Tech, across global markets in Europe, China, India, and Southeast Asia. He also continues to work actively with elite performers in sport, military, and high-risk environments as well.

Han Ee earned a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology from John F Kenney University following his Bachelor’s Degree from Queen’s University in Electrical Engineering. Han Ee has received coach training from both International Coach Academy and College of Executive Coaching. He is credentialed, at the PCC-level, by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as well as a Certified Masteries Coach with the International Association of Coaching (IAC). Certified in a host of psychometric instruments, Han Ee is also a fully certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with Brown University.
