Caroline is a bilingual leadership coach and mindfulness coach. Her coaching is backed by 20 years of international business experience in 4 different countries -China, Singapore, the Philippines, and America. Caroline’s first career in banking was with the Bank of China, Standard Chartered Bank, and The World Bank. Before specializing in coaching, she had16 years of leadership experience in the banking, consulting, and retail industries.

Caroline is dedicated to supporting leaders in creating and implementing successful strategies for making sustainable changes. She helps executives navigate through the performance, relationship, and communication challenges inherent in their leadership roles. One of her strengths is to bring her cross-cultural perspectives into the coaching relationship.

Caroline’s coaching philosophy centers on being a “mindful” change maker. Her mindfulness coaching enables leaders to use their inner resources to achieve better focus, increased confidence, and a greater sense of well-being in both their personal and professional lives. She has coached leaders in consulting, banking, IT, health care, education, energy, manufacturing, retail industries, and NGOs.  

Caroline holds a master’s degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management and ICA graduates. She is a certified mindfulness instructor trained by Mindfulness in School Project (UK) and an MB-EAT (Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training) Trainer. Caroline teaches mindfulness to adults and teens internationally.
