ICA Meetup in Italy Sept 2015

2015/09/09

Imagine a beautiful mid-summer evening, a medieval town in the North-East of Italy, a typical Italian restaurant with tasty food, an ICA trainer and a bunch of students passionate about coaching… what do you get?

Another great ICA Meetup!

italy-meetup1

We started with a “Getting to know you Aperitivo”, sharing our backgrounds and passions: Leonardo Milan comes from the Veneto region, and is a Digital Strategist and an experienced team coach; Elisa Benvenuto comes from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, and is an HR Specialist passionate about people development, coaching and mentoring.

Then we continued with a “Share your story Antipasto”, chatting about funny events and coincidences in our lives and discovering how coaching has always been there, but only one day we realized that it could be more than an emergency working tool, it could become our GPS for a rewarding and fulfilling life.

The “Getting started Primo & Secondo” just followed with a series of Q&A on the ICA New Programs, Student Learnsite and Forum and Elisa exchanging some “tips” with the newbie Leonardo and reassuring him on the fact that “All trainers speak slowly and use an easy-to-understand vocabulary ;-)”!

In Italy a dinner is not a dinner without a “Let’s celebrate Dessert” with all of us celebrating our current and future successes thanks to the increasing awareness in the market of the important role played by professional coaches in the personal and professional development of people.

Finally, a “Keep the spirit Coffee” accompanied by selfies and laughter with Leonardo explaining Jung’s theory on personality types and Lüscher’s color test and showing with exhilarating role plays how this has an impact on the way we communicate. So we discovered that he is a red, Elisa is blue and I am a yellow… which color are you?

Join us and discover it at the next ICA Meetup in Italy!
