March Promotion: 12 months ICF Membership with Your ICA Coach Training (Value $265 USD)
Coach Training with a Network of Global Coaches and Friendships
Not all coaches need a Credential. But, we highly recommend Certification via an Accredited Training Program.
The International Coach Federation(ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches, with more than 25,000 members and 12,000 credentialed coaches in more than 100 countries worldwide. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high ethical standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of credentialed coaches.
International Coach Academy (ICA) has been ICF Accredited since 2001. This means that out programs have undergone rigorous external scrutiny and quality testing by a peak body. The curriculum is mapped across core competencies, with the faculty, assessment and learning processes all assessed. Our Program accreditations include ACTP and ACSTH.
Clients want to know they are not just employing someone calling themselves a coach, but are in fact employing someone who has been through a rigorous coach training and accreditation process.
Robyn LoganCEO and Founder
Individuals wanting to become a professional coach are most likely to succeed if they have graduated from a coach specific training program (eg. an ICF Accredited program). This not only communicates to their clients that they have been assessed by an Accredited Coach Training Provider as having the industry recognized skills and expertise required to practice as a coach, but it also offers pathways to credentials such as ACC, PCC and MCC.
*ICF Membership is ONLY available to credentialled coaches (ACC, PCC or MCC), coaches who have 60 hours ACSTH certification, or coaches who are enrolled in an ACSTH or ACTP training program of at least 60 hours. Our Vocational, Certified and Advanced will provide you with the eligibility for ICF membership (and during March, we'll pay for it for you).
We are often asked 'Which program is best for me?' This is a totally understandable question because coach training is an investment of both time and money and it's important your decision is one that will fit your budget, learning style, plans for coaching and confidence We suggest anyone joining a coach training program considers the following. And, if you need help, let us know. All our program advisors are certified coaches, and ICA graduates. They know our programs first hand and know which program is best for which coaching opportunity.
Plans for Coaching
How do you plan to use coaching? Did you want to blend coaching with your existing profession? Become a corporate coach? Or, set up your own coaching practice (and need business building guidance)
All coaches should be certified. But, after that, do you think you will need an ICF credential such as ACC, PCC or MCC? If so, then we highly recommend you choose a program that offers either an ACSTH or ACTP track
Are you better to take advantage of an interest free payment plan (3, 6 or 12 months) or save 5% on your tuition with a single payment?
How Much Time Do You Have?
Do you have a deadline in mind for your completion? And, are you the sort of person who likes to take their time, or do you want / need to fast track?
During the month of March, new students can add 12 months ICF membership (valued at $265 USD) to any of the programs below.
