Coach on Paws (CoPs)

Coach on Paws (CoPs) Research Paper- Regina Onderka

A Research Paper By Regina Onderka
Life Coach, GERMANY

I’m going to include dogs in my coaching sessions, and I’m going to call it “Coach on Paws (CoPs).” My favorite topics to talk about are coaching, learning, and dogs. I also wanted to share my personal insights and how my love of coaching, nature, learning and dogs came together in the end. I love discussing the benefits it can bring to others and what makes coaching a great, lifelong experience. I like to begin by sharing a quote that motivated me to reflect more deeply on coaching and learning, what they mean to me, and how to enhance the coaching process so that I can best serve my clients while also constantly growing as a coach.

How to Address Bias to Positively Impact Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) In the Workplace

2023/06/21

How to Address Bias Research Paper- Jen Harris

A Research Paper By Jen Harris
Bias Coach, UNITED KINGDOM

The evidence of pervasive inequality in the workplace is well acknowledged, and this paper explores how to address bias to positively impact DEIB in the workplace. The focus of the majority of studies is the widespread institutional discrimination against people based on their sexual orientation, gender, and race. Beyond the moral need that everyone is treated equally and with a sense of safety, why should we worry about DEIB at our workplace? The effects of this can be disastrous for people, ranging from exclusion to harassment and anything in between. Numerous studies concentrating on hiring decisions might be discovered to provide wider evidence for the detrimental effects of bias on DEIB in the workplace. A complete 360-degree approach to each individual is required to address bias in the workplace.

Coaching Leaders Research Paper Kate Glover

A Research Paper By Kate Glover,
Leadership Coach, AUSTRALIA

This research paper on coaching leaders aims to investigate the function of coaching in assisting leaders in having challenging conversations and providing feedback. It will examine how coaching may be used practically in this situation with a focus on emotional intelligence, process versus the human perspective, appreciative inquiry, and discovering the “why.” Life requires us to engage in challenging talks. It will be necessary for leaders in an organizational setting to muster the fortitude to offer feedback to the workers they supervise and to engage in unpleasant talks. These discussions could be about a number of things, including poor behavior, poor performance, conveying an unpopular message, and much more. According to numerous studies, leaders will go to great efforts to avoid having difficult conversations with their people.

Empowering Women Leaders With the Compelling ‘TAF’ Awareness Coaching Tool

2023/06/13

TAF Research Paper- Nathalie Legault

A Research Paper By Nathalie Legault
Leadership Coach, CANADA

I originally learned to coach using the TAF Awareness Technique. It allows me to expose TAF combinations that I don’t need, almost always resulting in a release. The treatment made me feel lighter as it progressed, and it gave me the space and courage to recover my power. As a result, I produced more satisfying and long-lasting TAF picks. As a result of coaching, I began to see an inner metamorphosis, which exposed some of my dormant potential. Given this coaching experience and the data in the research paper, it is advantageous to use the TAF awareness tool for coaching. To be altered, the visible and invisible components of our ideas, feelings, and behaviors must be understood.

Imagination: How Imagining Helps Social Entrepreneurs Create an Impactful Project

2023/06/07

Imagination Research Paper- Marijn Sissingh

A Research Paper By Marijn Sissingh
Life Coach, NETHERLANDS

Imagination is the act of creating a mental picture of something that is not physically there or that was never fully observed in reality. This can help people imagine the future and use this picture to develop solutions and action plans before taking actual action. A coach must comprehend what imagination is and the things that affect it in order to effectively guide the coachee. The coach could train social entrepreneurs in different fields or use meditation techniques to stimulate the various networks rather than asking questions. Although neuroscience is still a relatively new field of study, this publication has shown how knowledge of the various brain networks influences coaching tactics and practice.

Teen Coaching vs. Adult Coaching: Is There a Difference?

2023/05/31

Teen Coaching vs. Adult Coaching Research Paper- Mirko Veratti

A Research Paper By Josh Bolland
Teen and Parent Coach, BRAZIL

I can state with confidence that the theories of adult coaching and child learning are convergent based on research and my more than 18 years of educational experience. Adults and teenagers alike are interested in the reason behind the lessons they are learning. Both individuals benefit from learning material that is relevant to their daily lives. What’s more, both need chances to experiment and make mistakes in order to learn. Additionally, we can be confident that teenagers can be coached just as effectively as adults because this type of learning is in line with the fundamentals of coaching. However, because they might not have the same vocabulary, life experiences, or brain development as adults, giving them some sort of scaffolding can make the process more fulfilling for both the coach and the student.

Connections — How Do You Stay Connected?

2023/05/26

Connections Research Paper - Tina Melson

A Research Paper By Tina Melson
Life Coach, INDONESIA

A large number of connections influence everyone’s daily life. However, some connections are more important than others, while others are disconnected. While writing my power tool, I came up with the idea of disconnection vs. connection, which I have since noticed not only in my coaching sessions, but also in my everyday life. More importantly, I saw it in my own life, where the ebb and flow of connection changed all the time. You connect on different levels and in different circumstances, whether with loved ones, friends, at work, or with your core principles or ideas.

Understanding Interdependence in the Thinking Process

2023/05/23

Understanding Interdependence Research Paper- Christos Vasilopoulos

A Research Paper By Christos Vasilopoulos
Business Coach, GREECE

By understanding the interdependence of all things in the thought process, a coach can see and be aware of whether something is a “fact” or a “belief”; to recognize whether a feeling or a thought is self-existing or interdependent, its “birth canal” and structural elements. As a result of knowing the “truth” of things, ideas, and emotions, a person can make informed decisions and ask pertinent questions. This research paper aims to demonstrate that everything in and outside of our heads is interdependent, and that recognizing the dependent component leads to a dramatic improvement in the thought process for problems and decisions. It increases the awareness of the coach, which in turn increases the awareness of the client.

Employee Burnout: How Coaching Can Support Individuals and Organisations

2023/05/18

Burnout Research Paper- Doris Bisaro

A Research Paper By Doris Bisaro
Well-Being Coach, ITALY

The new epidemic is work burnout. In the age of hybrid work, businesses cannot let their guard down when it comes to mental health and wellbeing if they want to maintain employee engagement and productivity. According to recent research, organizations must address the toxic culture that fosters burnout in order to address this condition on a systemic level. On the other hand, we see a wide range of personal solutions, such as coaching. In my research paper, I examine both strategies and show how they are not mutually exclusive. A systemic approach to burnout prevention would be advantageous, but early detection and recovery from a burnout also heavily depend on people’s ability to come up with coping mechanisms for their manifestations of this condition, which is becoming more and more common.

Hardwired for Purpose

Hardwired for Purpose Research Paper- Marianna Rolikova

A Research Paper By Marianna Rolikova
Transformational Coach, SLOVAKIA

Knowing our Hardwired for Purpose gives us meaning, something to strive for, and functions almost like an internal compass to guide us through life’s challenges. Finding and cultivating positive emotions and with them, our purpose in life, something we are hardwired for, depends on understanding what our current definition of purpose is (even if we are not sure about it), how that links to our needs, and how much they align with our current mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional growth. Finally, how does all of this align with our internal language – How do we articulate our growth and emotional states in different areas?
