We will examine two different types of Perfectionist vs. Optimalist in this Power Tool: the classic negative form of the Perfectionist and at the other end of the continuum, the positive form of a Perfectionist, which is an Optimalist. We can still achieve great things if we accept and celebrate our shortcomings. This idea will help us to be more resilient and to continue forward as Optimalist. My counseling goal is to provide clients with a safe haven where they can discover their true selves and inner knowledge, break free from the mask of perfectionism, and move on, feeling free and inspired.
