Leaders Education Coaching Model Jonathon Regan

A Coaching Model By Jonathon Regan,
Education Coach, NETHERLANDS

I am a lifelong learner and leader, just like you. I’m passionate about education’s legacy and the impact that our decisions as leaders have on the people in our schools’ futures. How can we be certain that the decisions we make are correct? That is unquestionably a dreadful problem! I feel that a design thinking approach is required, one that leads to trusting an empathic partnerships. In a world of wicked challenges, simply acting as a consultant isn’t enough. You’ll need a fearless coach.

My mission is to inspire people to rewrite their own tales so that the conclusion brings them joy, fulfillment, inspiration, and a sense of accomplishment. It’s to assist client’s to recognize that they’re the main character, with the ability to steer the plot in whatever direction they wish. To accomplish so, the character must embark on an inner transformation journey known as the “Character ARC.” My goal is to assist people in reaching their goals. The image I chose represents the client’s trip. The pen is the client’s entire control and freedom to design this journey and take it in any direction they like.

Dream to Action Mindset Coaching Model Alana Moor

A Coaching Model By Alana Moor
Mindset Coach, CANADA

My coaching skills are based on changing our perspective in any given situation so that we can experience joy in times of stress and calm in times of storm. To reduce anxiety, we must establish a balance and cultivate a mindset that enables us to view any event as a new adventure, rather than a great tragedy or failure. Coaching is not about altering your life’s reality. The Dream to Action coaching model is focused on reuniting with the part of ourselves that perceives hurdles as a point of view rather than a physical impossibility.

Contemplation Kathryn (Katie) Hoff_Coaching_Tool

A Coaching Model By Kathryn (Katie) Hoff
Career Coach, UNITED STATES

I hold space for you to learn, grow, and be more of who you want to be at work and in life as a coach. My Contemplation in Action coaching model is based on a reflection, planning, action cycle that supports learning and introspection through action to help clients who want to purposefully lead themselves and others through change and transition. Appreciative inquiry and Ignatian theology are two bodies of work that have influenced my thinking.

The Ocean Transformational Coaching Model Lyda Michopoulou

A Coaching Model By Lyda Michopoulou
Transformational Coach, GREECE

At this point in my coaching career, The Ocean coaching model is a product and a part of my portfolio. It’s a framework that’s functional right now and has the potential to be functional in the future. However, I am writing this with the understanding that being who you are as a coach means being open to future changes, and that this pattern develops over time.

“C” It Through “Good” or “Positive”

“C” It Through Performance Coaching Model Meaghan Sullivan

A Coaching Model By Meaghan Sullivan
Performance Coach, UNITED STATES

My four-step coaching technique, “C” It Through, is based on the principles of acceptance and commitment coaching (ACC; Hill & Oliver, 2019). Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT; Hayes et al., 2006) claims that mindful awareness of our thoughts and feelings, without judgment, allows us to recognize and accept their presence. Through this acceptance, we can learn to live with unwelcome or unhelpful thoughts and feelings rather than changing, avoiding, or eliminating them. Instead, we might choose to connect with our values, or what matters most to us, and then commit to acting in accordance with those principles, regardless of our thoughts or emotions.

Purple Goods

Purple Goods Purpose Coaching Model Marine Erasmus

A Coaching Model By Marine Erasmus
Purpose Coach, AUSTRALIA

The narrative of Lydia of Thyatira, a Greek woman, has inspired me. She was a reputable entrepreneur who traded in purple dyes and linens in the first century AD. It is said that she had the home (unlike other women at the period) and was able to provide excellent care for everyone in her family. Her trade in purple items enabled her to offer food and lodging for those in need, and she is thought to have been generous and friendly. Purple Goods is an appreciative inquiry-based example that incorporates elements of Lydia’s tale that I believe are important to my clients and the coaching process. The changing hues represent the client’s transformation, with the coach assisting her.

BREATHE A Bridge Into the Coaching Conversation

BREATHE Life Coaching Model Carine Alcabas

A Coaching Model By Carine Alcabas
Life Coach, FRANCE

The BREATHE acts as a transition into the coaching session. It helps to center, quiet, and relax the mind, providing a foundation from which to go deeper. It improves the client’s focus in preparation for the coaching session. During a coaching session, the client may feel trapped, overwhelmed by his problem, and as a result, they may feel terrified, lost, nervous, and so on. This is where breathing becomes really crucial. The coach can assist their client in breathing properly, refocusing, relaxing, and resuming a positive thought process that will bring them to their desired conclusion.

Inwards Self-Discovery Coaching Model Camila Azevedo

A Coaching Model By Camila Azevedo
Self-Discovery Coach, SINGAPORE

The Inwards Coaching model is for those who want to transform their lives through self-discovery. As we get a better understanding of ourselves and how we interact with the environment, our focus moves to discover healthier and more meaningful ways to connect with ourselves and others, as well as unique perspectives on life and the problems that we face. Inwards is a journey that aims to help people understand themselves beyond the conditioned mind in order to uncover their own potential. Therapeutic Coaching is a mixed coaching technique that focuses on one’s inner-self. Shifts in our thoughts, feelings, views, beliefs, and, as a result, behaviors, which transform us, occur internally.

What is, What could be, and the Road Forward

Road Forward Education Coaching Model Rob Street

A Coaching Model By Rob Street
Education Coach, HONG KONG

It will be critical to keep the child grounded on the ‘Road Forward.’ Adults are accustomed to children providing the “right” answer. It should be obvious that the child, not the adult, has the correct answer. For younger children, an adult may have to judge what the child is capable of, but for older children, the decision must be made by the child. Instead of pressuring the child to make the plan robust, this idea is a crucial time to remain neutral, expressing neither support nor resistance to the child’s proposal.
