Wouldn’t you rather go on a vacation to an unknown and mysterious area with someone who has been there before, just as you would with someone who has been there before? This is who I recommend as a travel companion. Someone who can accompany you to the most amazing and bright places, as well as the darkest and most difficult. Isn’t it better to have someone by your side who understands your experience and may have the tools you need to have the finest and most productive voyage possible if you decide to visit these places?

The Growth and Development

Growth and Development Coaching Model Lutfi Bafagih

A Coaching Model By Lutfi Bafagih
Development Coach, SAUDI ARABIA

The coaching model is a roadmap for the client’s growth and development that they can follow with the help of the coach. The client’s notion of growth and development, as well as the resources the client is willing to invest in them, determine growth and development. The metaphor of a tree is used in this coaching model to signify growth and development. The tree’s care and nourishment are equally crucial.

ADAPT

ADAPT Change Coaching Model Claire Braunwald

A Coaching Model By Claire Braunwald
Change Coach, HONG KONG

My emotional intelligence was built by learning to adapt to shifting situations and understanding the causes underlying people’s behaviors from a young age. I began a ten-year journey in the exciting world of luxury hotels, working in Sales & Marketing in four countries, armed with this formidable “people skill.” This path also includes a two-year stint with a worldwide change management consulting firm; both of these experiences were crucial in honing my ability to adapt to change. Here, my life experiences, commitment to self-development, coaching skills, and natural ability to be a cheerleader have come together to build the ADAPT coaching model that will accompany my clients through their life and career transitions.

CARD Business Coaching Model Margaux Cunin

A Coaching Model By Margaux Cunin
Business Coach, GERMANY

CARD is a four-step strategy for visualizing the ideal person and assisting the client in making that person a reality. The client will raise his awareness and form the next activities he will need to do to develop himself and come closer to the ideal person by sequentially specifying actions, experimenting, and documenting his learnings.

Marriage – Dream, Connect and Build

Marriage Coaching Model Marcel Sanchez

A Coaching Model By Marcel Sanchez
Marriage Coach, UNITED STATES

Marriage coaching is less well-known than marriage counseling or therapy. Marriage coaching is distinct from the other two disciplines in that it focuses on discovering and resolving past relationship issues. Marriage coaching helps couples move forward. It assists individuals in moving from where they are in their relationship to where they want to be. Marriage coaching does not include uncovering every relationship wound, obstacle, or unresolved issue. Marriage counseling, on the other hand, works with married couples to help them rediscover a new direction and purpose for their relationship.

Creating Your Own World With Courage

World with Courage Transformational Coaching Model Monica Le Crom

A Coaching Model By Monica Le Crom
Transformational Coach, NETHERLANDS

Artists are admired for creating beautiful worlds in their work. It takes courage for an artist to approach a blank canvas. It takes a lot of courage to show up every day and keep painting. Sometimes, mistakes are made, and the painting we worked so hard on may appear to be damaged. And seeing the possibilities in the error and turning the painting around takes courage, tenacity, and faith. Then, at times, when the artist fights for his creation, new discoveries are made, new ways of expressing are learned, and a wonderful product emerges spontaneously. It necessitates courage, openness, and adaptability. It’s a never-ending journey of learning and pushing yourself to new heights. That’s how life is.

JOURNEY – Off the Beaten Path

JOURNEY Life Coaching Model Lydia Cloos

A Coaching Model By Lydia Cloos
Life Coach, COSTA RICA

Off-the-beaten-path wanderings aren’t always rewarded by fate or society, but it often signifies that someone made a (conscious) decision. Getting off the beaten path can be dangerous and intimidating, so it usually comes with courage. However, only those who are willing to take risks will be able to achieve even greater achievements that others would lose out on. In this article, I’d like to propose coaching as a journey off the beaten route, a journey to and with oneself, a voyage to find and unravel the unknown, to deepen and enhance the already known, and to ‘dare greatly,’ as Brené Brown would say.

Design Your Life, Your Way

Design Transformational Coaching Model Michelle Wiebach

A Coaching Model By Michelle Wiebach
Transformational Coach, UNITED STATES

Design, in its broadest sense, refers to the creation of a plan or concept. I’m a graphic designer and a coach. Hundreds of photos and concepts have been changed into something greater during my creative career. Improvements over the previous state. This idea has taught me to be more creative, patient, and open to new ideas. During my training as a coach and in sessions, I began to notice parallels between design and coaching. In a coaching session, we begin by exploring what the client has shared with us. The goal is brought up, and awareness grows. To make progress toward the client’s objectives, we examine and adjust views. A similar procedure is used to create a design, graphic, or piece of art.

The STRETCH Coaching Model

STRETCH Coaching Model Ute Hauck

A Coaching Model By Ute Hauck
Career Coach, AUSTRALIA

The STRETCH model aids a client in forming a secure, client-centered relationship with their coach. An open, non-judgmental approach builds a trusting relationship by allowing clients to openly express whatever is important to them in their current situation without fear of being criticized. It also enables ‘client development’ by broadening their perspectives beyond trained thinking and/or decision-making habits. Each stage of the program represents an important step towards a long-term solution.
