When I first started thinking about a power tool that could transform an individual to perform daily activities or deal with new difficulties, I was excited about the prospect of developing a way to turn perfectionism into curiosity. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long. As a perfectionist – or at least as someone who regularly receives comments like mine – this activity quickly loses its appeal. Creating this Curiosity vs. Perfectionism power tool will assist me in overcoming similar constraints in the future, as well as the coach who values curiosity and the thrill of discovery over perfection.
