The study of one simple breathwork technique, Alternate Nostril Breathing (ANB), plays a large role in the mind-body connection, helps calm the turbulent mind, giving rise to fewer thoughts, and creating an impactful balance that supports the clients’ well-being, according to the research. Coaches can make ANB a part of their daily life and use it as a preparation for any coaching session as it enhances their presence. The coach employs ANB as a mindfulness tool to bring the client into the present moment during the coaching session, as a takeaway to practice between sessions, and finally as a lifelong tool for the client’s well-being.
