Perfectionism vs. Realism

2021/11/12

A Coaching Power Tool By Amy Morton
Expat Coach, UNITED KINGDOM

This power tool Perfectionism vs. Realism demonstrates that perfectionism is an imaginary ideal that needs to be removed from a client’s thinking process and replaced by a realistic mindset. This ongoing process of reflection is essential for the client to be reminded of how far they have come rather than being continually focused on the future.
