Coaching in the Workplace Beth Williams_Coaching_Research_Paper

A Research Paper By Beth Williams
Career Coach, UNITED STATES

What will coaching in the workplace look like in the future? According to a 2020 Forbes article, now is the moment for workplace coaching. Due to COVID-19, there has been chaos and confusion. The way we used to do business is no longer an option. It’s important to think creatively when things are chaotic. SPARK Career Coaching Model Beth Williams

A Coaching Model By Beth Williams,
Career Coach, UNITED STATES

It is reflected in our company’s emblem and is depicted in a variety of ways on our corporate campus and in our retail locations. The spark is a symbol of the “impact of inspired light shining through,” according to Adventist Health. Each associate’s innate spark is nurtured via coaching, enabling them to discover their calling, purpose, and career path while utilizing their special talents and abilities to further our mission and serve our communities.

A Coaching Power Tool By Beth Williams,
Career Coach, UNITED STATES

As part of my role, I visit leaders to ensure their support needs are addressed and to identify areas of potential growth for our executives.
