Living in the modern world naturally entails having the freedom to make decisions. We have the power to choose our fate thanks to this freedom. Sometimes, events outside of our control lead us to our fate as well. It can be enlightening to be able to view these changes that are bestowed upon us through the prism of opportunity. It includes all that moves through us and is unique to each person, as well as the choice of viewpoint. By using our power of choice, we can see that voluntarily making the decision to go through Graceful Transitions can lead to major shifts along the way.

Focusing on the power tool Connection vs. Separation is what I’ve decided to do. Finding and maintaining a sense of connection with yourself and the wider world is the foundation of this powerful tool. Without this sense of connection, we risk living in isolation. The personal relationships we set up with ourselves and how we perceive ourselves fitting into the world around us, as well as the more profound, spiritual relationships we may or may not have with a higher power, are the two different platforms that I see this power tool for.

The CLEAR coaching model is for those who are seeking the clarity required to make life adjustments graciously. These adjustments may be self-initiated or brought on by unforeseeable circumstances. We benefit a lot from thinking about and clarifying our needs and desires before we rush to change. One can enter the area of connecting and setting intentions for transformation using this example. This idea progresses through the steps, leading to reflection on the clarity discovered during the coaching process. In my research into the coaching experience, I have found that by identifying what needs to be made more obvious, a lot of minor modifications can emerge in only one session.
