The Growth and Development

Growth and Development Coaching Model Lutfi Bafagih

A Coaching Model By Lutfi Bafagih
Development Coach, SAUDI ARABIA

The coaching model is a roadmap for the client’s growth and development that they can follow with the help of the coach. The client’s notion of growth and development, as well as the resources the client is willing to invest in them, determine growth and development. The metaphor of a tree is used in this coaching model to signify growth and development. The tree’s care and nourishment are equally crucial.

Window vs. Mirror

Window vs. Mirror Lutfi Bafagih_Coaching_Tool

A Coaching Power Tool By Lutfi Bafagih
Development Coach, SAUDI ARABIA

Emily Style first proposed the concept of “mirrors and windows” for the National Seed Project. The window symbolizes a mindset that allows us to see the impact that someone or something in our environment may have on our life. The mirror, on the other hand, depicts a perspective that allows us to see our potential to influence and manage our life. The purpose of the window vs. mirror, the notion is not to reject the existence of external influences that influence our lives while ignoring our surroundings and the people with whom we live and interact. This concept strives to empower us by instilling in us the belief that it is our obligation to address and learn from the issues we experience.

Awareness, Vision, Momentum

Awareness, Vision, Momentum Ghadeer Alsulami Coaching Model

A Coaching Model By Ghadeer Alsulami
Transformational Coach, SAUDI ARABIA

My coaching model focuses on three primary stages: Awareness, Vision, Momentum. Coaching is an effective method for helping clients become more aware of what is going on in their life, both inwardly and outside. It is an underestimation of coaching’s effectiveness to use coaching sessions solely as a tracking technique for when and how a client will reach his or her goal. As a coach, I believe that by working together with the client, we can move beyond the self-judgments we make when we don’t achieve a goal, such as “I’m a loser,” “I’m not good enough,” “I didn’t work hard enough,” and “I didn’t work smart enough,” to a place of understanding, empathy, and change from the inside out.

Why vs. What

Why vs. What Ghadeer Alsulami_Coaching_Tool

A Coaching Power Tool By Ghadeer Alsulami
Transformational Coach, SAUDI ARABIA

I’d want to begin my paper Why vs. What by describing how this technology has had a huge impact on my life. I’ve spent a good deal of my life reading self-help books that focus on the what. How to be happy, wealthy, and have friends, for example. I never stopped to consider why. Until I visited with my therapist, who asked me a lot of why-related questions. The trip with the question of why revealed to me that I had spent most of my life operating on fear. Fear of making a mistake or of living life. That’s why I spent a lot of time reading self-help books in order to figure out how to live a perfect life.

Undermining Authority

Undermining Authority Ghadeer Alsulami_Coaching_Case_Study

A Coaching Case Study By Ghadeer Alsulami
Transformational Coach, SAUDI ARABIA

During an undermining authority case study coaching session, a client’s problem may morph into another problem. Because a client may not be aware of the true problem, a coach’s ability to use a non-directive approach while asking the proper questions is crucial. Helping people understand themselves is more important than helping them solve problems because it enables them to solve problems.
