Transition Vineetha Valsa Kumar

A Coaching Model By Vineetha Valsa Kumar
Career Transition Coach, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

FEAR comes with every transition. Many people mistake this FEAR for a lack of confidence, but in my few years of working with clients, I’ve discovered that this fear is caused by a lack of CLARITY in oneself. We have a lack of clarity about our strengths, values, and passion. We all know how to walk, but when asked to walk in the dark, even if you are confident in your ability to walk, you are afraid of the dark because there is no light or clarity where you are going. I believe in helping my clients become self-aware of their own strengths and innate resources to make their journey (transition) easier.
