One technique that is often used in coaching is visualization because it is difficult to do this without some kind of image. In this research paper, I explore why a visualization is an effective tool for helping our clients achieve their own goals, and how it opens up a world of possibilities for realizing those aspirations. This research paper only briefly touches on a few applications of visualization in coaching. Also not covered in detail is the vast study that has been conducted on the subject.
