Course Area 3: Coaching Labs

Course Area 4: Peer Coaching

  • One of the most important components of coach training is applying theory into practice. With peer coaching you have the chance to try out your new coaching skills and techniques with your peers, and at the same time, accrue hours towards an ACC or PCC credential. Many graduates continue their peer coaching networks long after they graduate.

Global Community

Because our training is virtual, you get to build relationships and friendships with like minded coaches from all around the world.  Your not limited by physical location. Our coaching community is rich with diversity, with over 4500 coaches, from 90 different countries. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, with many of our graduates continuing their connections long after they complete their coach training.

At ICA the term 'ONLINE LEARNING' refers to a combination of Live Classes, Video Tutorials, downloadable Modules, Peer Coaching and a Private Coaches Forum.  These are all hosted in our 'online learning centre'. It's up to you how many classes you take each week and how fast (or slow) you move through the program.  The key benefit of this style of training being FLEXIBILITY.
