How did you find ICA?
When searching for a coaching training program, I had the ICF ACC ACTP Path requirements in mind; I wanted to be an ICF certified Coach. I was looking for the one that makes it easier for me to get it.
I picked ICA because it has many competitive advantages such as being a global academy (with many chapters all over the world), the time flexibility it offers, the experience it has…etc. But the key factor that made all the difference for me was the amazing opportunity that ICA would give to me to interact with the other students so I can start peer coaching right away and amass as soon as possible the 100 coaching hours required for ICF ACC ACTP Path.
The plan worked out well for me and in less than one year I achieved more than what I sailed out for. I got all of that, plus an invaluable inner and outer transformational journey.
Thank you all, ICA wonderful team, you made the dream come true.
What is your most memorable moment?
All the journey with ICA was wonderful, full of memorable moments. What stands apart, for me, is the Observed Coaching. It was challenging, empowering and really really happening in such a friendly and joyful atmosphere that I was always impatient to attend the next session, grasp more insights, sharpen my skills, and move up to the next level.
What are you going to do with coaching now that you have graduated
Coaching, to me, is not just a bunch of tools and techniques to use in some formal and professional contexts, it is rather a way of living.
Since it allows people to tap into their inner wisdom, unleash their potential and be the best version of themselves, I cannot afford not to use it with my relatives, friends, clients and anyone I get in touch with.
