Thought Leadership Article: Cultivating a Good Life Neoh Wen Keat

Each and every one of us goes through a journey called life which begins with birth and ends with death but most importantly is what happens in between. There are many stages of life and as we progress through this journey, we come to realise the impermanence in life. We go through the roller coaster of ups and downs, we get things and we lose things, and we get to taste happiness and suffering and all the various spectrum of emotions.

Most of us seek for a purpose in life but yet not many of us will be lucky enough to find it. But in our search for this purpose, we tend to forget about living our life… a good life. You can spend your whole life searching for the meaning of life, but when you are so caught up with all the doing and not being, at the end of the day you will notice that life has passed you.

Life is a journey, not a destination

In this article, I wish to explore the major aspects to cultivating a good life which I have summarised as – Morality, Mindfulness, and Wisdom.
