Research Paper By  Venkatraghavan Chittambakkam
(Life Coach, INDIA)

I wrote this blog on my website recently as a culmination of my reflections, practice and commencing my journey to internalize what I learnt from reading 3 books and working with my coaches.

  1. Art of Possibility
  2. The Big Leap
  3. Super Human by Habit

I always wondered why I was born different, why I made all those mistakes, why could I not be honest, what has kept me from having the strength of character I so dearly aspire for, the hardships, sickness in my health & head, the hurt & grief, the self-sabotage, poor threshold of happiness and oh! the sheer DARKNESS of it all. The low self-esteem, punishing self and despair were the resultant gifts.

Despite it all something has kept me positive, alive and hopeful. This has truly amazed & fascinated me. I hope to find answers in this space someday. I thank whoever my guardian angel has been. Thanks for seeing me through 2 car wrecks, keeping me away from poison & danger and most importantly not going off the deep end.

I write this as my life seems to be flashing in front of me today. I am feeling compelled to reflect, acknowledge and write. I am lucky to have the opportunity to evolve and transform.

I now realize that I was doing it all backwards. I was going after the outcome not the process. I was hoping my will power would work. I thought the best way to do it was allow a few lapses and start from Square 1 all over again. Not really! It’s a game to move forward and not a dance move – where you take 2 steps forward and 1 step back.

All in good time they say. I am sensing the time has come. Early on in the year I embarked on a journey to transform my life, turn it on its head metaphorically. I started learning new habits, I started removing stuff I don’t want anymore. I will start adding slow and steady. Just the disappearing clutter is making head and heart room to attract abundance. I am committed to removing the blocks and removing my upper limits.

Here is to a transformed me!
