He has suddenly been given another opportunity within his Organisation and he has had to make a choice. This requires him to relocate him in another country. He has a family and kids to support who presently stays with him. He is in a dilemma wants to know what he should be doing now as the opportunity is very good and shall provide him global exposure and shall be a value add but it creates concern around what is long term objectives are and how can he fulfil that.
