God is a coach and coaching is a divine profession. According to many religions and spiritual paths, God is within everyone and everything. Since God is all, God plays many roles and has many aspects. One of the roles God plays is the role of the coach and S/He has the qualities that are naturally inherent in coaching. God plays this role through coaches. Coaching itself has divine qualities that help people to connect to the true nature of their being.
God and coaches want people to achieve goals in their lives, be successful and happy. They are objective observers who honor people’s free will and support humanity’s evolution by raising our awareness to higher levels of consciousness. They have many awesome attributes and skills that they provide to people such as; being supportive, clarity, direction, acknowledgement, and encouragement. They are ethical, trusting and present. They are divine communicators that assist people with their learning and achieving their goals. They meet the ICF competencies too. God, coaches, clients and the coaching process are all divine.
God and coaches want people to have happy and successful lives
God assists people with fulfilling their lives. S/He provides us with infinite abundance from never-ending creations. We are eternal beings with infinite resources that have the ability to create whatever we need or want. God wants us to have fulfilling lives because we come from God. We are God’s children and S/He loves and cares for us.
Coaches also care about people having successful lives. They assist clients to achieve goals in their lives so that clients may have more fulfilling lives. What would be the purpose of life if people didn’t fulfill their potential in their lives? It wouldn’t be in our best interest not to utilize the gifts and talents we are born with and put forth the effort to develop them. Coaches and coaching are gifts given to clients from God and clients in return bring abundance to coaches. Coaching is a form of abundance from God that assists both clients and coaches in fulfilling their lives and achieving their goals. God and coaches encourage people to celebrate their achievements and their lives.
People can take either the road to happiness or the road to sorrow. God and coaches support us on our journey to happiness. They assist us in staying on the road to happiness and getting off the road of sorrow. Supporting humanities fulfillment, success and happiness in life is a divine service indeed.
God and coaches are objective observers that honor humanity’s free will
God and coaches are objective observers that honor people’s free will. They are both neutral and do not judge us. The mind of God is pure, perfect, whole and complete. There is no duality in the Divine Mind therefore there is no judgment there. The Divine Mind doesn’t observe people with egotism and prejudice but instead with pure objective observation. True devotees that commune with God witness and know this truth. This lets us know that God loves us and that we can trust God.
Coaches demonstrate this wonderful quality of objective observation. Their minds are aligned with the Divine Mind while playing the part of the objective observer during sessions with clients. This is a valuable gift that coaches bring to sessions because it creates a safe, comfortable and trusting environment for clients. Hence clients are truly supported in achieving their goals and are free from egotistical opinions and harsh criticism.
One of the greatest gifts that God has given humanity is the gift of free will. God has given humankind just as much free choice as God has. We have been given freedom to do exactly as we please. Nobody can compel us to be or do anything unless we choose to do so.
Coaching honors this gift of free will that God has given to people. Coaches do not advise, consult, or tell clients what to do. Coaches do not force their will onto clients. They honor clients and the client’s free will by coaching the clients. Coaches understand that clients are in the driver’s seat of their vehicle while they drive through their journey of life. Coaches acknowledge that clients are the masters of their own lives and that they have their answers within, which also supports clients to trust their own intuition.
God’s and coach’s gifts of objective observation and respect for humanity’s free will enables people to trust God, coaches, themselves as clients and the coaching process. Objective observation and honoring free will serves clients in their best interest to achieve goals in their lives with total freedom and pure, healthy and divine support.
God and coaching support humanity’s evolution
God and coaches want people to reach their fullest potential in life. This desire and service supports humanity’s evolution. Coaching raises our self awareness and assists us to reach our fullest potential, which influences our evolution especially on a spiritual level. The more we evolve on a spiritual level, the more we reach higher levels of consciousness and realize our oneness with God.
One of the reasons why humans are here is to learn. God supports our evolution because we are in the image of God. We are God’s characters in God’s great drama. We are to become and be our truest divine enlightened selves. Achieving goals that are in our best interest and having successful lives is part of our evolution and it is one of the reasons why we are here. Coaching consists of excellent elements that support our growth such as; discovering our values and life purpose, creating awareness, uncovering underlying beliefs, building confidence, managing ourselves, releasing judgment and reframing perspectives.
