2012/09/11

6. Conclusion

This survey conducted in this study indicates that overwhelming number of women feel that they can use effective help in reducing their stress levels. Still, almost none has ever sought professional help for the same. Only 26 percent were willing to give it a try. It is evident from the data that more awareness and information regarding coaching needs to reach such women. Life Coaching can be a huge help to working Indian women in de-stressing their lives.
