Desired outcome of “Harmony”:
Creating an “Inner Light”* for the client that guides towards desired goals. It is all about making a client master of his/her destiny.

A pleasing combination of elements in a whole
“H” – Humility
Humility does not mean thinking less of yourself than of other people, nor does it mean having a low opinion of your own gifts. It means freedom from thinking about yourself at all. William Temple
The most important quality a coach brings to the coaching relationship is “Humility”.
Humility ensures that coach is non-judgmental and respects the capability of client to achieve the desired results.
Humility also ensures that coach does not indulge in advising the client.
After all coaching is all about client.
