A Coaching Model on Success Factors

My Coaching Model is based on The fact that ‘ A CLIENT HAS EVERYTHING’ but finds a Gap and at times a client is not clear How to go about fulfilling their NEEDS in that given point in time and so approaches a trusted person called the Coach to support is a truism.
Here is a Coaching Opportunity.
The intersection of the four Circles SEE, FEEL, CHANGE & GROW is the Coaching Opportunity & space with which the client comes to coach for assistance but the client has an ambiguity. The client has an unfulfilled need and has capabilities to SEE, FEEL CHANGE and GROW.
As a coach, I explore the possibilities with the client through working in all the 4 sphere’s intersecting space through a co-active coaching approach and assist the client to see NEWER POSSIBILITIES & Derive their Action (out of the box thinking or a new way of approach ) for fulfilling their need(GROW). The coaching approach connects to the client’s experience and also provides reframing of perspectives With the New Mindset the client initiates the actions agreed upon and achieves small wins & smart wins.
Being a trainer I have used this model with 50 trainees & their changed behavior has helped them to score 9 out of 10 from the starting score of 3 out of 10. The Model facilitates the opportunity of EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. As a coach I could facilitate the trainees to Move Forward with this SEE, FEEL, CHANGE, GROW – SUCCESS FACTOR COACHING MODEL. The Model works for Individuals as well as for the Team to Move Forward.

b. Support for Creating their structure with their accountability
c. Acknowledging of their SMALL Wins and SMART Wins
The above model provides a Simple Process of Assisting the client
To experience The “See, Feel “of their Situation and facilitate them to “Change & Grow” through realizing Newer Possibilities and Celebrating the SMART wins.
