A Coaching Model Created by Tina Jarrous
(Relationship Coach, LEBANON)

Many factors impacted my decision to become a life coach; my early interest in human psychology which I minored in during university years, to my passion for reading and continuous learning about self-development as well as my fascination in human connection: listening, sharing and helping.

But one unique factor played an instrumental role just a few years before my enrollment which I consider was the source of my inspiration to becoming a Relationship coach and that was – my divorce.

My divorce which spanned over a lengthy period of 6 years taught me plenty. It taught me patience, resilience, independence, courage, self-confidence, listening, prioritizing, negotiating… and the list is endless.

I did that learning all by myself, surrounded by supportive friends and family but without any professional help.

Today, my ultimate mission is to coach individuals who are going through similar challenging, post-separation journeys by supporting them in re-discovering themselves, regaining confidence, and re-building their lives.

I present to you my Re Coaching Model

Review

The first encounter with the client. With active listening and attentive presence, I will invite my client to express their initial desire as to what they’d like to resolve, by reviewing their challenge in all its details, apprehensions, and wishes.

Reveal

Through Powerful questioning and curiosity, I will challenge my client to reveal what’s lying beneath their initial objective. Revealing the fears, the limiting beliefs, and the true problem behind the presenting problem which will eventually lead to a better understanding of the core issue.

Restructure

Once the client has reached awareness and clarity around their presenting issue, that’s when they’ll be able to restructure what’s in hand for change to happen.

A precise and structured action plan which will be their baby steps moving forward towards their goal.

Rejoice

Celebrating my client’s wins is no to be missed. With continuous support, encouragement, and empowerment I will join my client at rejoicing their victories.
