Coaching Model: The Transformational Wheel

A Coaching Model Created by Sybelle Gielisse
(Executive Coaching, NETHERLANDS)

Accelerating results through Purpose, Presence and Power

Sybelle_Gielisse_coachingmodelEver asked yourself how to be “succesfull” in life or work, how to be an high performing leader or are you wondering how to bring your life to the next level, to grow as a person, looking for inner peace?

And how can we actually define “success”? What does that mean?

As we set out to define how to be successful we have to keep in mind that success is truly in the eye of the beholder.  It is in my opinion the ability to successfully pursue those things in your life that bring you the greatest purpose and satisfaction. Some people describe this as success other people will use the word fullfilment. For me it is the same.

How can you find this way in life? Whatever your way is, my idea is that this, in any way, comes from:

  • Just know what you want in life (your purpose of life).
  • Being connected with who you are (looking for authenticity, living and working from inside out, accepting who you are, creating self awareness)
  • Being connected with your inner strenghts (doing what you are good at, where your power lies)

Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally. David Frost

How coaching can help you.

Let’s assume that you know what you want in life (…), how many times have you still  not succeeded? Any idea why you are sometimes not successful? You keep trying and it doesn’t work. Do you recognize this? Frustrated? Do you want to change this?

This is the moment that coaching can serve you.

People often asked me: “what is coaching?”. For me coaching is about getting in touch with your deepest thoughts and beliefs, about  being aware what drives you in life, what is blocking you, what your patterns are. It’s all about knowing who you are, what your strengths are and what you desire.

It’s an ongoing state of creating (self-) awareness, exploring, accepting, development and growing. And the more at one you are with yourself the easier it is to naturally excell in life, in any way you like.  Making small steps to come closer to your purpose of life. As a coach I can help you in this process.

How do I work?

Coaching is not therapy, counseling or mentoring.  Coaching is focused on your strengths not weaknesses and the future not the past.  It is a commitment to forward thinking and forward actions.

Sybelle_Gielisse_coachingmodel1As a coach I can facilitate you to discover your three P’s:

  • Your Purpose (your destiny)
  • Your Presence (your being)
  • Your Power (your inner strengths)

To get a deeper awareness of these three P’s I will guide the client through a process of exploration, reflecting, getting  insight, accepting who you are, looking for your will power, acting and transforming  permanently

THE MODEL

As mentioned earlier I believe that happiness, achievement of goals, success, or fullfilment is achieved by being aware of who you are, what you want and to know what your strenghts are. What do I mean with these three things?
