What gives you satisfaction?

What will make you happy?

Third Step – Action Needed to Achieve Desired Outcome

What will keep you motivated and moving forward to achieve your goal(s)?

Set daily, weekly, or monthly goals and commit to them.

Revisit the steps you are taking and make adjustments as needed.

Fourth Step – Address Obstacles

What are your obstacles to achieving success?

Have you discovered if anything is holding you back?

Are there habits and beliefs that may repeatedly cause you to stumble in your pursuits?

Are you truly committed and motivated to achieving your goal(s)?

Fifth Step -­‐ Solution Finder

Develop a plan to address any habits and beliefs you have discovered are impeding your progress.

Examine if your perceptions are accurate and Reframe perceptions as needed.

As Self-­‐Awareness deepens, be

Mindful as you go through your day and note areas that need attention.

Sixth Step – Review and Celebrate!

Do you need to expand or adjust your goal(s)?

Circle back to where you started and Celebrate all you have achieved!
