A Coaching Model Created by Shiva Kumar Bharathi

My model is prepared with the intent to fulfill any intent that human beings have. I have noticed that any intent to be fulfilled in this world, it’s important to have few and simple processes to be followed. As part of my contribution on what I have learnt, I’m sharing my model here. One of the key elements to fulfill my intent is to work with a coach and have a series of radical and magical conversations. Also, during the journey of coaching there will be a lot of fears that will walk in to our lives. It’s important to feel the fear and do it anyways like the picture here in this page.

Magic:
I have experienced a lot of magic in my coaching conversations. And one of the key patterns that I have observed during the conversations is when the coach and coachee are sharing passionately and listening powerfully.
The “I” MODEL: Fulfilling Your Intent
This model is designed as a game to play with the coachee for a period of 90 days.
- Intent:
what you want in life or in any specific area of your life?
- Behavior
experience of life
- Empowering
experience hitting the intent.
- Disempowering
experience missing the intent.
- Possibility
any view that helps you to grow to the next level of your empowering behavior for your intent.
- Practices
expression of your possibility through a 10 minutes activity where you experience hitting the intent.
Process Of My Model:
Intent:
Generating communication by sharing their issue by mail or voice recording. Empathy filled Listening when they are sharing the intent that they want to fulfill.
Behavior:

Disempowering behaviors:
Clarifying the values and beliefs through open ended questions,
Completing any disempowering behaviors that the client has in the journey to fulfill their intent by getting them to share.

Empowering behavior:
Acknowledging the client for experiencing their intent as a behavior.
Possibility:
Do a brainstorming session with the client on what are the things that inspires them. Enable them to build a practice for themselves in order to fulfill their intent every day. Narrow down the focus through coaching calls every week.
Practices:
Helping the clients to follow the practices that are built for their intent. Do an assessment every week using the “I MODEL”.
Celebration once the 90 days are over. /result is achieved or intent is fulfilled.
