The 5 step coaching model

Smiling is often what we naturally do when relaxed, comfortable or in simply a positive state of mind. Something, you will notice the Holistic Coaching Group do a lot. We work hard in our sessions to bring out clients internal superheroes and using our smile coaching model will make you smile and confident that you hold the key to your destiny. With the SMILE journey, we will work with you to unlock all your capabilities,help you understand yourself better, your reactions in your world today and be ready to influence and drive your future.

The result a SMILE.

Self Awareness

Self-Awareness is an awareness of one’s own personality or individuality (Merriam Webster Dictionary,2019).We can’t control others, but understanding ourselves better we can get a better grip on our actions, our minds and ourselves. Inline, the first step in our model is to leverage the fact that you start off a stranger to the Holistic Coaching Group and us strangers to you, by doing a ‘Coached introduction’. In this ‘Coached Introduction’ you will answer some powerful tailored questions, that will immediately support you to better describe yourself and help you to get to know your ‘real’ self-better. Some strengths and weaknesses clear we will then shift the focus using role play to improve your awareness of how you act and why you act that way in varying environments. Knowing yourself, you will have more meaningful introductions and with the new-found self-awareness, you will feel more confident to succeed in any future interactions.

Manage Now

Clear on your strengths and weaknesses we then will move on in our journey to focus on how to improve your control of them now and make every day a happy one. Most of us don’t really think day to day what is going on, so with a blend of mindfulness and coaching we will collaborate with you to be get more clarity on this. Questions we’ll work to answers are:

  • What makes you happy and is going well?
  • What doesn't go too well and gives you no value add?
  • And how many of the things that you know you can start doing to improve your well-being do you actually get around to doing?

By understanding what is important to you in the now versus the amount of time you spend in that area of your life we’ll collaborate to support you to create an easy realistic action plan. This plan will help live in the present, manage those curveballs that enter your life.Achieving what you commit to achieve no matter the weather. Change does not come overnight or with rash decisions. Being in moments with a clear mind means you are in control and in line objectively influence the future.

Influence the Future

By being two steps ahead of your peers in thinking of the possible outcomes, like the in-game theory you will have an advantage. Using skills in NLP, Mindfulness and the earlier learning of strengths and weaknesses sessions we now work with you to realise the small changes and decisions you could make/be open to that will leave you able to influence the future. Coaching you on how to unlock your skills in practically planning things that have multiple dependencies as well as growing your influencing skills, executing on your plans will seem seamless. Our coaching model will help you feel more in control of your future. More aware of what is, what is not in your control and what you want you to influence the outcome.

Live to the Max

Now that you are happy with the present, have grown in awareness and are feeling confident about how to manage plans for the future the best you can, we now take you on a happiness high. In these sessions we work with you to help you discover your true ‘happiness’    triggers in your life experiences. Happiness and triggers will vary for each person. For some it will be by having new experiences for others it will be leveraging moments in the now that matter.You will feel intense positive feelings in these sessions, leaving knowing how to live life to the max.

Energise

Every heard of kinetic energy and the law of attraction? At this stage of the journey we will talk with you about the importance of energy in our day to day not just in scientific terms but how through the awareness you have gained about yourself and your life using the SMILE Model you will now be ready to start to define, how you are able to radiate and decrease your energy sphere. The results will be that without even speaking you will start to attract what you are seeking in life.

The result – You will energise any room you are in with of course a SMILE.
