This coaching model is modeled on the concept that we all need to look inside and find a way to enlighten ourselves. This coaching approach called “INSIDE” will enable us to find ways to improve the quality of life. This will unable each one to continually to improve ourselves. INSIDE covers various stages – Introspect, Narrate, Self-discover, Interact, Delight & Enlighten. This is phrased as LOOK “INSIDE”. The fundamental belief is that people will change only when they agree themselves deep inside. So the need to look inside is very important. In my power tool I quoted, till people will feel what is impacting them, they are not moved.
Why is coaching important?
Coaching for executives helps to provide smooth transition for a high-potential manager; strengthen relationships between team members; and help business owners achieve higher levels of success. Coaching is the process of using that wisdom to help each one to experience and work through the changes required of them. To paraphrase Albert Einstein, it takes a different kind of thinking to solve a problem than the kind of thinking which produced the problem. Simply, “coaching” is the process of helping people, develop their capacity to think about things (such as problems, people, relationships, customers, products, services, the future) in new and creative ways so that they can accomplish what they really want to accomplish. Kissinger once said, “Leaders take their staff from where they are to where they’ve never been before.” The strength and power of coaching is based on level of openness and trust between the coach and client. The nature of the relationship is not just about outcomes, but also about helping an individual to better understand himself or herself and from this to grow and change as an individual.
My Vision
Organic replication of self-driven people in the system who will be able to influence the system by person level coaching and bring an overall integral change.
