Coaching Model created by Nisha Sharma
(Life Coaching, UNITED KINGDOM)
This model was created using the analogy of the chakra system . The Coaching Chakra Model concentrates on moving a client to being in a fully stable and complete emotional state internally. This is aimed at those who are wanting a change in their life from an emotional perspective, for example those who feel a lack of focus, direction in life, or are facing certain emotional complexities in their life which they wish to overcome and move ahead with. I believe when the client is fully focused internally, then their external environment will improve dramatically. I allow clients to discuss any inner/emotional conflicts they face in their life. This process is flexible, in that it is non-linear. For example, Release may come first before Acknowledgement. It is respected that each clients journey is different therefore the approach for each will vary accordingly.
By powerful and high standard of coaching, my aim is to help you define yourself and live life fully.
Live each day and each moment being true to your core self

By powerful questions, the coach will encourage the client to be completely truthful to themselves. Here I encourage the client to open up to their dreams and wanting to live a life of fulfilment and defining their core values as a person.
Action & Measure
