What Is “Mindset”?
Mindset /ˈmīn(d)set/ noun
The established set of attitudes held by someone.
An individual’s collection of thoughts, values, and beliefs shapes her/his thought habits.
What Does My Mindset Have to Do With My Results?
Our mindset is the lens through which we process reality. Thinking creates our feelings. Feelings create our behaviors. Our behaviors drive the result we get.
Changing the mindset results in changed feelings and behaviors, therefore creating different results. People can change their mindset intentionally by examining it and practicing new thoughts that serve them better.
